Handpicked haverst during the rst quarte of March. The grapes are transported in temperature controlled trucks, to preserve all the aromas and avors of the fruit.
The fermentation took place at low temperatures for 25 days, without malolactic.
50% of the blend has been aged in second used French barriques for a period of 6 months.
The remaining 50% is maintained on stainless steel tanks.
It can be enjoyed immediately or kept in bottle for 6 years.
The Moussai line reects the rst approach towards high-end wines. They are carefully chosen blocks within the vineyards of La Ronciere Estate and vinied under the same concept of fresh wines.
Bright light gold yellow wine. On the nose you can feel aromas of peach, pear and citrus, with an elegant touch of vanilla and toee. The palate has a very good acidity, volume and long persistence.
