Handpick harvest at the end of March in 17 Kg bins, to protect the quality of each bunch. A rigorous check of the grape grains is carried out in the selection table, eliminating fruits that do not meet the required quality standard.
Fermentation at low temperatures for 25 days, without malolactic.

The wine can be enjoyed now or stored in bottled for 4 years.
The Moussai line reects the rst approach towards high-end wines. They are carefully chosen blocks within the vineyards of La Ronciere Estate and vinied under the same concept of fresh wines.
Greenish yellow wine, with intense herbal notes, touches of palm hearts and asparagus. The palate shows a great volume, fresch acidity and long persistence.
