HARVEST:

Handpicked harvest, made in mid-April in 17 kg bins. In the eld a rigorous check is carried out, eliminating any element that does not meet the required quality standard.

 

WINEMAKING PROCESS:

The fermentation was carried out in micro-fermentation tanks, in ranges of 26 ° C and 28 ° C for seven days, and then continued with a maceration process for another 30 days.

 

AGING PROCESS:

50% of the blend is aged in French oak barrels, rst use, during 10 months. The remaining 50% is maintained on stainless steel tank.

 

AGING POTENTIAL:

Can be enjoyed immediately or stored in bottle for 10 years.

 

WINE DESCRIPTION:

The Moussai line reects the rst approach towards high-end wines. They are carefully chosen blocks within the vineyards of La Ronciere Estate and vinied under the same concept of fresh wines.

 

WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS:

Wonderful wine of deep red color, with avors of black fruits and aromas such as blueberries and blackberries. The palate is elegant and full-bodied, with Sbalanced acidity and juicy and silky tannins.
