Hand picked harvest, carried out during the first week of March. The grapes are harvested early in the morning to maintain their optimal concentration of aromas and flavors. 

Winemaking process
Fermentation takes place at low temperatures for 25 days, without malolactic fermentation.

Cellaring Process 
100% of the wine It is kept in stainless steel tanks. 

Aging Potential
It can be enjoyed immediately or stored in the bottle for 2 years.

Description of the
Exquisite and refined, it has an attractive combination of floral aromas such as rose, jasmine, and subtle hints of violets. On the palate, there is a well-balanced acidity that harmonizes perfectly with its volume and density. A fresh, elegant wine with a defined character, we recommend serving it between 8°C to 12°C.

Winemaker’s Commentary
Fleur Rosé is made from carefully selected Grenache grapes, harvested at their peak concentration and freshness to achieve an elegant wine with a pale pink color that can be enjoyed at any time. It is particularly well-suited for pairing with seafood and pasta dishes.
