Handpicked harvest, made in mid-April in 17 kg bins. In the eld a rigorous check is carried out, eliminating any element that does not meet the required quality standard.
The fermentation was carried out in micro-fermentation tanks, in ranges of 26 ° C and 28 ° C for seven days, and then continued with a maceration process for another 30 days.
50% of the blend is aged in French oak barrels, rst use, during 10 months. The remaining 50% is maintained on stainless steel tank.
Can be enjoyed immediately or stored in bottle for 10 years.
The Moussai line reects the rst approach towards high-end wines. They are carefully chosen blocks within the vineyards of La Ronciere Estate and vinied under the same concept of fresh wines.
Deep red wine. On the nose, it cliearly shows notes of spices such as black pepper and black currant, plum and blackberry. In the mouth, it is silky and full-bodied, the tannins are gentle and smooth, with an optimum maturity.
