The fermentation was carried out in micro-fermentation tanks, in ranges of 26 ° C and 28 ° C for seven days, and then continued with a maceration process for another 30 days.
50% of the blend is aged in French oak barrels, rst use, during 10 months. The remaining 50% is maintained on stainless steel tank.
Can be enjoyed immediately or stored in bottle for 10 years.
The Moussai line reects the rst approach towards high-end wines. They are carefully chosen blocks within the vineyards of La Ronciere Estate and vinied under the same concept of fresh wines.
Wine of intense red color with purple tints. In aroma, you can feel fresh fruit with plum, strawberry and cassis. In the mouth, its soft tannins and good balance of acidity are outstanding.
