Harvest
Both the harvest of the bunches and the selection of the best grapes were carried out manually on selection tables, specially equipped to individually choose only the best of our grapes.
Vinification
The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 26 °C and 28 °C for 7 days and 30 days of maceration. Then, is aged in barrels for 18 months.
Aging Process
100% of the blend mixture has been aged in French oak barrels for a period of 18 months.
Aging Potential
Can be enjoyed immediately or cellared for 10 years
Wine Description
With the distinctive character of the variety, it stands out for its deep red tone and violet tints. On the nose it is perceived as fresh, with an interesting aromatic combination that includes ripe fruits such as plum, cherry and touches of chocolate, toffee and coffee. The notable complexity of this wine is expressed in its great volume in the mouth, silky tannins, followed by a long and persistent finish.
