Varieties

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Bright dark red color. On the nose, currant, plum, tobacco and cassis are very prominent. In the mouth, abundance of fruit, volume and structure. Good level of complexity is achieved through its time in the barrel, with round, smooth tanninsand long finish.

CARMENERE

Deep red in color, with aromatic and spicy notes such as black pepper and fruity hints of blackcurrant, plum and blackberry. On the palate it is silky and full-bodied, its powerful tannins are gentle and soft. Its optimal maturity benefits from the medium toasting of the barrel.

MALBEC

Red with purple tints. Its aroma evokes fresh fruit such as plum, cherry and black currant. Delicate notes of truffles, vanilla and cocoa emerge from its time in the barrel. In the mouth, its vigor, soft tannins and balanced acidity result in a well-balanced and attractive wine, suitable for various pairings.

MERLOT

Dark ruby ​​red in color with violet tints. On the nose, there are aromas of blackberry, raspberry and fresh plum with notes of graphite, tobacco and vanilla. In the palate, it presents a medium body with juicy tannins and well integrated with the wood, good acidity, balance and long finish.

PINOT NOIR

Elegant ligth ruby ​​red color, with aromas of plum, caramel and cherry jam. In the mouth it is soft and juicy, with friendly tannins and persistent fresh acidity. 

SHIRAZ

Intense dark red color. Aromas such as blueberries, blackberry, black pepper and chocolate. The influence of French oak adds toasted notes, vanilla and walnuts.In the mouth it is silky and full-bodied, highlighting its balanced acidity and fine tannins

CHARDONNAY

Bright straw yellow in color. On the nose it shows aromas of peach, pear, quince and citrus. They are linked to an elegant touch of vanilla and toffee, resulting from its aging in the barrel. In the mouth, its correct acidity merges into a creamy and fresh sensation, in harmony with its volume and long persistence.
