Both the harvest of the bunches and the selection of the best grapes were carried out manually on selection tables, specially equipped to individually choose only the best of our grapes.

The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 26 °C and 28 °C for 7 days and 30 days of maceration. Then, is aged in barrels for 18 months and then bottled and cellared for 1 year.

Aging Process
100% of the blend has been aged in first-use French oak barrels for a period of 18 months.

Aging Potential
Can be enjoyed immediately or cellared in the bottle for 15 years

Wine Description
A top of the line wine, resulting from a meticulous selection of the best lots of grapes grown and produced in La Ronciere. Intense color, elegance, freshness and complex aromas where you can find cherries, truffle and black fruits. In the mouth, its volume, roundness, balance and long finish reaffirm the exclusive category of a Great wine.
