Harvest
The grapes come from our vineyard in Selva Oscura, located in Malleco, La Araucanía Region. The harvest takes place the last week of April, almost at the end of the harvest time.

Vinification
The Fermentation took place in open French oak barrels; A gentle extraction “tapping” is carried out. The Fermentation occurs in temperature ranges between 18°C ​​and 20°C, for seven days, to continue with aging in barrels for 2 weeks while malolactic fermentation takes place.

Aging Potential
5 years. 

Wine Description
This wine has a deep red color with aromas of blackberry, plum, caramel and cherry jelly. In the mouth, it has a complex feeling of fresh fruits combined with notes of vanilla. It is round and elegant, with juicy tannins and persistent acidity.

The climate to which the vineyard is exposed, makes achieving ideal maturity a real challenge, to finally obtain this exclusive, different and exquisite wine.
